The hydraulic oil tank of excavators is small and has limited heat dissipation conditions. Poor quality oil will quickly oxidize and turn black, forming a gelatinous substance that blocks the pipeline.
High quality excavator hydraulic oil comes with an "anti-aging protection shield": excellent antioxidant performance can withstand high temperatures of around 100 ℃, avoiding oil deterioration, and the oil change cycle can be extended to 4000 hours; Good water separation performance can quickly separate rainwater and condensate entering the system, preventing rust caused by oil emulsification and whitening. Especially for excavators equipped with breakers, it is necessary to choose models with strong wear resistance and shorten the oil change cycle, otherwise the main pump may be scrapped prematurely due to wear and tear. Choosing the right oil can prevent "minor problems from turning into major failures" and reduce downtime losses.
